【避險警報】停火破裂、海峽再度封鎖！
全球鋁業迎來「二次斷鏈風暴」
全球供應鏈再度拉響最高警報！
6 月份的短暫停火協議已於近日徹底破裂，美伊雙方爆發新一輪激烈的軍事對炸。
伊朗已於 7 月 12 日正式宣布再度關閉霍爾木茲海峽，導致全球關鍵航道再度陷入癱瘓。
一、 物流危機：海峽重啟破滅，繞道成本與延遲全面回歸
- 航運再度癱瘓： 先前預期在 6 月下旬逐步恢復的霍爾木茲航道已再度停擺，大批商船受阻。
- 成本再度墊高： 全球鋁材航程預計再度延遲 14–21 天，每噸數百美元的「戰爭附加費」與繞道成本將再度實質墊高生產底價。
二、 供應現狀：全球 LME 庫存再探歷史新低
- 現貨極度乾涸： 即便大盤價格因市場恐慌情緒仍在消化而暫時於每噸 $3,150 美元 附近徘徊，但全球 LME 鋁庫存已進一步探底至 28.7 萬噸 的歷史新低，實體市場面臨無貨可調的邊緣。
- 中東供貨中斷： 戰火復燃導致中東地區冶煉廠的產能修復完全停滯，原本脆弱的供應鏈將在第三季度遭遇更嚴重的實體缺料。
三、採購策略：切勿盲目觀望，利用當前價格速鎖現貨
- 實體斷鏈風險： 音膜鋁箔與支架等核心組件的生產，將直接面臨「有錢也買不到現貨」的實體斷鏈風險。
- 我司現貨保障： 鑑於航道再度封閉，未來的現貨將是一天一個價。強烈建議貴司切勿盲目等待價格追跌，應立即分批鎖定 8–10 月的排產採購週期，確保生產線不停工。
四、 核心建議：
地緣政治危機已完全失控。建議貴司切勿存有觀望幻想，必須立刻以「穩價保供、現貨為王」為首要戰略，迅速拉長安全庫存週期至 3 個月 以上。
